Aircall combines a business phone system with AI assistants for live coaching and post-call CRM updates, plus AI voice agents for routine calls. In our view it fits teams that want phone and AI in one vendor rather than stitching a voice AI platform onto a separate phone system. The AI Voice Agents plan has a monthly minimum.
