This policy explains how AgentVaultHQ ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you use agentvaulthq.com.

Information we collect

• Information you submit in forms: name, email, company, CRM, database size, budget, and similar details.
• Newsletter signups: your email address, stored with our newsletter provider.
• Usage data: aggregated analytics such as page views and referrers (Vercel Analytics).
• Session recordings and heatmaps: we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Clarity uses cookies and may record sessions. Data is processed by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Form inputs are masked by default.
• Technical data: IP address, used briefly for spam and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, send the newsletter you signed up for, and review listing submissions.
• To improve the site and prevent spam.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site, including hosting and analytics (Vercel), session recordings and heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity), newsletter delivery (Beehiiv), email delivery (Resend), and payments (Stripe). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Retention

We keep form submissions as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@agentvaulthq.com.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA.
